General Information:

1.1 Entrance opens on June 4 at 12.00 pm.

1.2 Entrance area is equipped with stationary and hand-held metal detectors to ensure visitors safety;

1.3 Visitors carrying pace-makers and other medical devices should inform the entrance area staff;

1.4 Hand-held metal detectors are applied to physically challenged visitors;

1.5 In case a visitor does not meet the regulations, he/she may be refused entry to the Festival area;

1.6 Access to the Festival area is possible only with a valid pass;

1.7 Pass is valid for a single person regardless of the age;

1.8 Electronic turnstile system is used at the entrance. The unique barcode is used to enter the Festival area. It can be used only once.

IMPORTANT NOTE! To prevent frauds please do not copy, scan, photo or publish the photos/scans of your barcodes on the Internet!

Visitors should:

2.1 Arrive in advance to go through the security process at the entrance;

2.2 Сomply with the requirements of public order on the Festival and Luzhniki Olympic Complex areas;

2.3 Respect other visitors, staff, security staff. Prevent any actions that may pose potential risks;

2.4 Respect Luzhniki Olympic Complex, the Festival and other visitors’ property, keep clean;

2.5 Present their passes and/or bracelets on Festival staff requests;

2.6 Take places according to the pass type (if applicable);

2.7 Report promptly to security staff or the police on any suspicious items, smoke or fire, and in case someone needs medical help;

2.8 Act according to the lawful orders of the Festival representatives, security staff and the police.

In case of evacuation visitors must act according to the requirements of the police and Emergencies Ministry officials, keep calm and avoid panic.

Prohibited:

3.1 Prohibited items:

• Large bags and backpacks;
• Professional photo- and video-cameras;
• Audio and video recording equipment;
• Selfie sticks and tripod stands;
• Beverages (apart from drinking water) in amounts exceeding 0.5 liter per person and food;
• Laser pointers;
• All kinds of weapons (including self defense ammunition, piercing and cutting items);
• Flammable and pyrotechnic items (except matches and pocket lighters);
• All kinds of alcohol, drugs, toxic items;

3.2 Enter the Festival area under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

3.3 Smoke or drink alcohol in the Festival area (except the dedicated areas with 18+ age restriction);

3.4 Leave litter on Luzhniki Olympic Complex and the Festival areas.

Those visitors, who break the order and do not meet the staff and officials requirements can be expelled from the Festival area with no pass refund.
